In order to improve quality and ensure that no harmful or unhealthy content, contrary to the current regulations of Vietnam and international laws are uploaded to conteNFT, we will receive reports relating to Cryptoassets (including NFTs) from users in 2 ways. The first is through the Report icon on conteNFT and the second is via e-mail to legal@contenft.com or support@contenft.com. Once an alert has been received, conteNFT will then review those reports and decide whether or not to remove the reported Cryptoassets.
Cryptoassets linked to assets, listings, smart contracts, and collections that include metadata that violate international or Vietnamese intellectual property laws, promote suicide or self-harm, incite hate, dangerous acts, horror, or violence against others, degrades or doxes another individual, depicts minors in a sexually suggestive manor or is otherwise illegal in Vietnam are prohibited on conteNFT and will be removed without prior notice. Therefore, Cryptoassets (including NFTs) that have been reported and are in the process of being censored by conteNFT will be labelled as “Being Censored”. Users should consider carefully before purchasing Cryptoassets (including NFTs) marked with the “Being Censored” label as they may be removed from conteNFT without notice. However, keep in mind that conteNFT only deletes Cryptoassets so that they don’t show up on our platform. Those Cryptoassets still exist on the blockchains they were created from due to the nature of blockchain technology.
The Cryptoassests (including NFTs) censoring process will be executed within 3 days for reports related to content (including pornographic, violent, hateful and dangerous acts). The Cryptoassets (including NFTs) censoring process will be executed within 1 month for reports related to content copyright disputes.
It is your sole responsibility to check that the contents of Cryptoassets (including NFTs) are compliant with conteNFT regulations prior to purchase. We will not bear any responsibility if you are damaged in any way when participating in Cryptoassets trading on conteNFT. You agree and confirm that you understand each type of label attached to Cryptoassets on the platform, conteNFT.
All users must comply with conteNFT regulations and applicable Vietnamese and international laws at all times.
